The marquises are a typical Christmas sweet, similar to an almond cake, with the particularity that they are very fluffy.

They are also sprinkled with icing sugar and stand out for their square shape.

We serve them in a 200 gram format although we also have them in bulk.

The Marquises are difficult to find outside these dates.
