Alicante turron nougat is one of the most traditional nougat, and one of the most consumed, especially at Christmas time. The designation of origin guarantees that the process and the ingredients used are of quality and therefore their taste and texture.
The nougat is divided into two thinner boards to facilitate the consumption of the nougat.
Its main ingredients are roasted almonds, sugar, honey and wafer.
