The Toasted Yema nougat is obtained from the Yema nougat. The process consists of burning sugar on both sides of the Yema nougat and thus achieving that darker color and that characteristic texture and flavor.
Nougat is of the highest quality and is made with natural ingredients without colorants.
The main ingredient is the marcona almond.
The toasted egg yolk nougat is one of the well-known bakery nougats that are made in a special area of the factory. In this video you can see how sugar burns:
