Guirlache turrón is traditionally eaten in form shape instead of bar. It is a very traditional product from Jijona, so we want to share it with everybody, but we have to take into account that it has a very limited production.
Its elaboration process is different from the turrón of Jijona (soft) and Alicante (hard). As it does not have egg white, basically the mixture of the almond is made with sugar, creating the characteristic burnt sugar that gives it that special taste.
Ingredientes:
Almendra tostada (63%), miel, azúcar, oblea (fécula de patata, aceite de girasol). Elaborado en una fábrica que utiliza: otros frutos de cáscara, huevo y sésamo.
