Turrón of Jijona (soft) with round shape 400g

We only do 25 per year. One of our best turrón: The Turrón of Jijona (500g) craftsman. It has limited production because its elaboration process is more complex than the turrón in bar or tablet.

Usually it is a little more liquid than in tablet and normally, we give a small touch of cinnamon. In place of the typical 300g bar format, our customers are usually also wearing the cake format because it seems more traditional since this format is not usually found in supermarkets.
