Our coconut nougat is made in our obrador, along with other flavors such as Yolk, Toasted Yolk, Snow, Nata-walnuts, etc.
Unlike the nougat of Jijona or Alicante, it does not need to go through special machines like the boixets, but basically it uses the kneader and the unroasted almond, much like how the marzipan is made.
Sometimes we even bathe it with chocolate, but we do not usually market it.
