This marzipan pineapple is characteristic of our turronero village of Jijona. That's why it's so hard to find her somewhere else. In fact we make very few, and we often pray that they will not be sold: D
Its taste is very fine and its figure elegant. It is made with the also little commercialized snow nougat whose ingredients are: unroasted almond, sugar, and lemon scrap.
The pineapple is sprinkled with cinnamon which we also find on the edges of the snow nougat.
