Elaborated and decorated by hand, it is one of the most fragile and tedious marzipan craftsmen to make. They are filled with yolk or sweet potato, and decorated with or without fruit. To send them we use special containers to try not to break them. They are one of the most striking marzipan. In December they are usually finished, so it is advisable to order them as soon as possible, and if we do not have them, we will have time to make them. They are made to order so that they can taste them freshly made.

Marzipan eels are one of the Christmas products that make Christmas dinner the most. Our clients tell us that they feel sorry for them because some of them look like small works of art, painted and decorated one by one. They are quite typical of Castilla la Mancha and very dear in Madrid.
We do not have them in stock, but we make them just receive the order, which will take a little longer, the time necessary to make it, to touch it up, to bake it, to wait for it to dry and to pack it by hand with cellophane. But normally, it is worth the wait (at most, a week instead of the usual 2 or 3 days).
How to Buy Marzipan Eels or Snakes

Likewise, eels are usually served loose (chelated) along with other ordered nougats, although there is the possibility of ordering them in special round containers, either plastic or cardboard decorated with drawings, which have a slightly higher cost.
