If you want to come visit us, we would love it. Perhaps this way we would leave aside the coldness of the Internet. Our factory is located on the outskirts of Jijona, near where the old town ends. To get there you have to cross the last streets of the village that have the privilege of living next to a very rural landscape. But do not worry we will guide you to get to it, it does not take more than five minutes through the town.
The factory is our production center where we order the nougat with our own formula. It also stores the raw materials of high quality and even has different areas to manufacture the ecological nougat and so that the products are not mixed. If you decide to attend the visit we will take a guided tour through it, explaining what is used for each machinery and the different functions of the employees who perform there.
Inside the factory is the store of the brand El Abuelo (the generic brand of all the partners of the factory) where you can buy the nougats at low price and newly manufactured.

Where is our shop in Jijona
In 2016 we made the effort to open our physical store in the center of Jijona. Our idea is to be open all year, and serve to learn about the history of the nougat and that of our own people. In the future we will make guided tours to get to know our beloved town better. You are all invited to come and visit us, or to participate in the excursions that we organize to the factories of this delicacy.
The store is located in a historic building and has no lost, since you have to pass in front of it to access the main streets of Jijona.
