Limited edition of the best known nougat, Jijona soft nougat, this time with 74% marcona almonds. We usually make it with 70%.
We wanted to improve the formula for this exclusive edition nougat, we manufacture very few every Christmas, always complying with the Jijona nougat designation of origin regulations.
We use up to 74% of Marcona Almonds (the best quality and the one that gives this characteristic flavor to this nougat), which gives it the seal of improved supreme quality and accompanied by 15% of pure Bee Honey collected in Spain.
This tablet is 300 grams although we also have an exclusive edition for this nougat presented in a 500g format and packaged with a gold foil simulating a gold ingot. Nougat Ingot 72% Almond.

How is nougat made?

The process of making nougat from Jijona is characterized by the use of machinery very characteristic of Jijona called "boixets", in these containers the almond and honey are heated and mixed with a mace that rises and falls continuously.
Ingredients:
Toasted marcona almonds (74%), pure honey collected in Spain (15%), sugar and egg albumin. Made in a factory that uses other nuts.
