En nuestra sección de chocolates de la tienda online hemos tratado de conseguir un buen catálogo de marcas artesanas y, a ser posible, con las fábricas de chocolate que estén en Jijona, Villajoyosa o cualquier zona de Alicante, España.
Las marcas de chocolate con las que trabajamos son: la nuestra propia (turrones Fabián o turronesydulces.com), Chocolates Antiu Xixona, Chocolates Pablo Garrigós Ibáñéz, chocolates El Abuelo y Picó 66.
Tipos de chocolates
Existen diferentes tipos de chocolates, ya sea en tabletas o tortas redondas, con o sin almendras, con diferentes porcentajes de cacao (desde chocolate 50% a chocolate 90%), incluso a la Taza Virgen y los pralinés típcos de choco a la naranja, trufado, etc.
Si nos preguntas por formatos, también tenemos pequeñas porciones de chocolate con almendras, chocolate crujiente y algo que triunfa mucho, las mini chocolatinas, que en concreto son chocolates pequeños de 72% de cacao.

¿Puedo comprar chocolates sin azúcar?
Así es. En nuestra tienda los puedes encontrar de distintos precios. Generalmente,el sustituto del chocolate para diabéticos es el sorbitol o maltitol, aunque también hemos incorporado a nuestra tienda online los chocolates con stevia.
¿Qué son los chocolates grageados?
Si bien es cierto que el consumidor no suele llamarlo así, profesionalmente acostumbramos a llamar grageas a los frutos secos que están bañados en azúcar (peladillas blancas) o bien en diferentes coberturas de cacao.
Nosotros vendemos peladillas de chocolate puro, blanco y con leche (almendras cubiertas de chocolate), y también cacahuete bañado de choco y pasas bañadas.
