Artisan nougat from Jijona, also known as soft nougat. The bars of this gourmet nougat format have a weight of 500 grams, higher than the traditional 300g bars.
We have also wanted to improve the formula for this exclusive edition nougat, we manufacture very few every Christmas, always complying with the Jijona nougat designation of origin regulations.
