They are also known as piñonates or simply marzipan with pine nuts.

As we mentioned, the handmade empiñonados are highly prized at Christmas time. We make them in short batches as the raw material, which is the national pine nut, is a highly coveted ingredient.
If you want to have them on your table this Christmas, we recommend that you reserve your tray of pine nuts in advance.
Ingredients of the empiñonadas or marzipan with pine nuts:
Pine nuts of national origin (32%), almonds (29%), sugar, fructose, egg, glucose syrup, preservatives E200, E202 and acidifier E330.
Allergens: May contain traces of cereals containing GLUTEN.
Store in a cool, dry place.
