We are turronesydulces.com, a company dedicated to the elaboration of the turrón of all the life, with recipes passed from generation to generation. In the past, the Jijonencos took the turrones from Jijona to the big cities, like Madrid, and sold the turrones behind cold doors, or in the street itself. But now, thanks to the Internet, we can do it in Jijona itself and send it directly to your home.
How are Jijona's turrones different from the rest?
Turrones with Jijona's designation of origin guarantee their quality and flavour. This seal that some turrones carry guarantees that the turron's mixture contains at least 65% almond, and that it is quality almond. This nut is one of the most important ingredients to achieve an exquisite taste.
If you want a turrón of supreme quality, you must make sure that the product has this seal. All our products are manufactured by a traditional process, which uses only the best raw materials in the area.
We do not sell cheap nougat from large surfaces, but use ingredients with totally superior qualities. That's why our nougat has a different taste and texture than industrial nougat.

Send turron to France or Germany, for example, a batch of 10+1 turron cost 15€ (applying the discount)
Sending them to Ireland for example only cost 41.28 euros.
It is important to point out that between 2 and 7 kg the shipment is costing the same, so it is worth even ordering more than 2 kg, because it costs almost the same as 3 kg.
Most of our customers are Spanish who live in Europe, or Europeans who have Spanish descent and remember the turron as something traditional and familiar from all their lives.

As you can see, it is much more profitable to reach 7 kg, since it is decided to send the nougat abroad once a year. The difference between a 2 kg shipment and a 7 kg shipment in the 3 most common areas does not exceed 4

On the other hand, the same case but for a package of up to 7 kilos, we would be paying 2.85 euros per kilo

SAMPLE ORDER
One of the most requested lots to send abroad is our lot of 10 Turrones + 1 Gift, as it offers a great variety of typical turrones that most people do not know. This batch weighs 3 kg. Another lot in great demand is the Jijonenco Lot, as it includes the most typical nougat of our area, weighing 1.9 kilos and we are also usually asked for our 2kg bulk Marzipan Assortment Lot as it comes at a very economical price.
In total we would be talking about a very typical and usual order of about 7 kilos:
With the previous prices sending them to France or Germany would be for 40.12 € / With the current prices we would be talking about 15 (applying the discount) ?
Sending them to Ireland for example was costing us 68.44 euros / With the new current rates only 41.28 euros (we would save 27.16 euros)

Unlike many Jijonencos, we have remained in Jijona over the years. That doesn't mean, however, that we don't want to make our turrones available to everyone who wants to taste them. We have been selling turrones on the internet since 2003, maintaining the essence of traditional turrones. They have nothing to do with the turrones you can buy in big supermarkets.
